Our senior carers

• All speak, write and understand English meeting the British Council English examination standard.
• All have undergone a complete University Diploma or Degree course in BSc Nursing, which equates to the NVQ III.
• Most have a minimum 3 years postgraduate experience.
• Come with work permits from 2 to 5 years.
• Each candidate brings with them, a “certificate of good conduct” (care standards act section 29.6).
• Are all police checked from their country and in certain instances even POVA checked before travel.
• Are all health checked as required by employers.
• Cost effective and planned method of filling vacancies for permanent senior care staff.
• Significantly cheaper than using traditional agency methods.

Their Character

• Built in qualities of devotion to employers, dedication to their patients both from a practical and spiritual standpoint.
• Many are Roman Catholic in their beliefs to which their faith plays a most important role on and off duty.
• By nature they are spotless in their habits and it is very uncommon to find they drink alcohol or smoke.
• Their dress sense and appearance is a credit to the meagre income they receive in India.
• From a personality point of view they are cheerful even when having to work under pressure, be it long hours or in difficult and trying circumstances.
• All wish to further their careers in their chosen field and so are willing learners, practically and theoretically which must be an added bonus both to themselves and to their employers.
